KC-12 is a safe strong rust remover, commonly used as fine finishing agents.  The concentration will depend on the rust condition of the work-piece (maximum 10 times dilution).
Soak the rusted work-piece into rust remover KC-12 for 5 to 10 minutes.  KC-12 will gradually react with the rust.  If you prefer to increase the rust removing rate, increases the concentration of the solution, put under higher temperature
(below 40℃) or use an ultrasonic cleaner.  Wash immediately with water after  this process.
Then soak the work-piece in anticorrosive neutraliser Mecha Hibitor #325 20 time diluted solution.  As KC-12 is acidic (pH less than 1), Mecha Hibitor #325 will neutralise the work-piece and prevents it from rusting.  Take out the work-piece and dry using rags or
an air blower.  Once discolouration occurs on work-piece during the process, replace the contents with new KC-12.  KC-12 enables rust removal without damaging the metal surface.  Also it has long duration of rust removal properties.
