– The precision padding makes the clamping process on the milling machine more convenient.
– The parallelism of the surfaces is: ± 0.005.
– Accuracy of padding: 0.01mm.
Made from high alloy steel. The four sides of the base are polished.
– Surface hardness reaches: 48 – 53 HRC.
– The VP-050 precision buffer unit includes 8 pcs (4 pairs).
– Size of the padding is 13W * H * 150L; H changes from 25 to 44. Please see the picture above.
– The entire buffer base is packed in a plastic box with a fixed compartment for the units. Convenient for use and storage.
