Dòng INDXIA HD được phát triển để vận hành ” nhanh hơn, chính xác hơn và dễ dàng hơn” như là bộ phận phân chia trong cấu trúc của cam bánh răng lăn.

Ứng dụng:

Trục ra của dòng INDIA HD có kiểu thẳng và kiểu mặt bích có thể ứng dụng đa dạng tùy theo mục đích sử dụng. Có thể lắp đặt bộ phận an toàn – tấm chắn mô-men xoắn – để bảo vệ thiết bị không bị quá tải bằng cách sử dụng trục và bàn cố định trên mặt bích. Với độ chính xác, an toàn vượt trội và tốc độ vận hành cao, nó có thể được ứng dụng trong vận hành băng tải và các kiểu quay.

Giảm chi phí vận hành.

Means the distance between axes between input and output axis (mm)

– As for HD type model, 45 to 170mm are prepared.

Number of division 08

Means the number of stop per output axis for each rotation of the input axis

– Up to 48 stops are available depending on the specifications of dwell of cam
– HD**R model indicates the reducer ratio

Index period 27

Means the angle needed for the 1st stop on the cam of output axis.
Ex) 27: 270 degree out of 360 of the cam realizes the index period and the remaining 90 degree makes the output axis as dwell section

– Index period is determined by the ratio of operating time: stoppage time (total tech time)
– INDXIA of Hannz Motrol is available to realize up to 72 degree
– HDE model uses additional four digits for the number of stop and dividing angle determined by our company.
– HDR model indicates all the index period as 36 (360 degree)

Cam curve 2

[1] MT : Modified Trapezoid
[2] MS : Modified Sine – standard curve
[3] MCV50 : Modified Constant Velocity 50
[4] SHP : Special curve which only made by Hannz Motrol

– MS curve is applied as a standard for cam curve Other cam curves and order-made specifications need to be separately inquired.
– HRD model uses fixed [0] uniform : velocity of cam curve

Direction of Cam rotation R

R : Output rotates counter-clock wise when the input rotates in a normal direction
L : Output rotates clockwise when the input rotates in a normal direction

– If regular or opposite rotation of the driving source are not possible after applied to the interlocking devices such as a cases of attaching the plate cam, a care has to be taken on selection of rotation direction.

Number of dwell blank No indication(blank) : 1 dwell (standard one)
2 : 2 dwell (2 stops in the output axis of each rotation in the input axis)
3 : 3 dwell (3 stops in the output axis of each rotation in the input axis)
