– Tilt magnetic table VLU-510B, VLU-612B, VLU-618B, VLU-407BF, VLU-510BF, VLU-612BF, VLU-614BF, VLU-618BF of VERTEX are used to create slopes, clamp flat parts force from permanent magnets.

– Tilt-in solenoid VLU-510B, VLU-612B, VLU-618B, VLU-407BF, VLU-510BF, VLU-612BF, VLU-614BF, VLU-618BF are permanent magnet form. Open and disconnect the magnetic force by the 8mm hex wrench supplied with the product.

– The permanent magnetic pole step of the tilt-swivel table is 8 (2 + 6) and 2.5 (1 + 1.5) mm. The magnetic attraction reaches 650Gauss and 550Gauss.

– The inclined rotating magnetic table creates inclined angles from 0 ~ 90 °.

– The inclined magnetic table sets the angle of inclination by the scale on the top of the spindle. The inclination angle is secured by 2 bolts at the end of the shaft.

The inclination angle setting process is very quick and accurate.
