Heavy-duty lathe center quill Vertex VCF
Description:
The heavy-duty rotating lathe center tip is used to position and rotate with the heavy duty part on the lathe
– All anti-center nose surfaces are hardened and polished.
– High rotation speed. Maximum rotation speed for each model is shown in the table above.
– Maximum load of VCF center tip is shown on the load diagram – rotation speed in the above image.
VCF heavy duty lathe center tip is made from SUJ2 alloy steel, heat treated in a vacuum environment, high hardness (60HRC ± 2) and good wear resistance.
– The top VCF heavy load center bearing is combined between ball and ball bearings. The middle part at the end is the wand.
VCF-MT3A, VCF-MT4A, VCF-MT5A, VCF-MT3B, VCF-MT4B, VCF-MT5B of VERTEX heavy-duty lathe are used for NC lathes with high speed and heavy load. Waterproof.
– When processing small parts, choose B-type centering point.
