3-spoke chuck Vertex VSK-A
Describe:
The VSK-A 3-spoke self-centering chuck of VERTEX uses tightening the part and transmitting the rotation to the circular part on the lathe.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS OF VERTEX VSK-A 3-PIN CLAMP CLAMP:
– 3-pin chuck VSK-A has reversible clamps for clamping left or right (flip pin).
– Unlike the 3-pin VSC chuck, the claw of the 3-pin chuck VSK-A consists of 2 parts: the upper and the fixed bottom. Actuator fastened with fixed pin (engaged gear disc) by 2 bolts. So can reverse or replace the actuator easily. This is considered the advantage of the VSK chuck line.
– VERTEX 3-spoke VSK- chuck is suitable for clamping details such as aluminum, copper, low-hardness steel, …
– The replacement soft pins are: VSJ-4, VSJ-5, VSJ-6, VSJ-7 VSJ-8, VSJ-9, VSJ-10, VSJ-12, VSJ-16.
– The clamping interval shows the above table in 2 columns: O.D. RANGE (outside part diameter) and I.D. RANGE (part hole diameter).
