The light-load rotating lathe center tip supports the centering of the part and rotates with the part when machining on the lathe.

– The anti-center nose surfaces are hardened and polished.

VERTEX’s VPC light-load lathe center tip is made of SCM420 steel, has a hardness of 60HRC ± 2, good abrasion resistance.

– The tip of the VPC turning lathe center is composed of ball bearings.

– VPC-MT1, VPC-MT2, VPC-MT3, VPC-MT4, VPC-MT5 are suitable for medium and high speed turning with light load.

– Accuracy: 0.005mm.
